ABOUT THE NPP GROUP
Founded in 2016 by Mike and Hannah Aspinall, the NPP Group are a team of trained property experts with decades of experience and a wealth of knowledge in property sourcing, property development and interior design making us well equipped to help with every step of your property investment journey.

Doing what we say we will do when we say we will do it. We strive never to sacrifice long-term good for short-term gain, and we seek to set the standards for good practice as investors and as a business too.
Investment
We are an ‘investment’ company, but it doesn’t start with buying a house. Self-investment, or self-development is a responsibility with commitment. We look to have a workforce that is mindful of its responsibilities to one another and of wider responsibilities to the business.
Family
Family is the foundation of all our relationships. Our own families represent our highest motivation. Everyone who works with us is given the support, respect and is welcomed into the NPP Family.

Georgia Ashby
Director
Northern Property Partners
With 4 years of industry expertise in estate agencies and 1 year dedicated to property investment and business development, Georgia brings a wealth of knowledge to her role.
As a business owner and investor in her personal capacity, she understands the intricacies of the real estate landscape from multiple perspectives.
Driven by a passion for maximising business opportunities, Georgia is committed to continuous growth, innovation, and development. Her goal is to propel the NPP Group forward, making a significant impact not only within the company but also in the wider community.
STUART JACKSON
Financial Controller

With over 20 years of post-qualification experience, Stuart plays a vital role in our team, working closely with the Directors to provide accurate financial business information.
Throughout his career, Stuart has collaborated with evolving companies, witnessing their growth and commitment to offering clients the best possible returns. With his adaptability, integrity, and strategic thinking, Stuart brings a strong foundation of fundamental qualities to his role.
ALEX LAYCOCK

Alex has over 17 years worth of experience as a Quantity Surveyor and Employers Agent.
He has vast experience in the industry which is a great asset to our clients and investors.
A QS and contracts specialist, Alex is our numbers guy in NPP Developments but also has a fantastic project management manner and has run our medium sized projects very successfully for several years.
With Alex’s skill set and contacts, the NPP Group aim to scale into more major construction which ultimately means bigger and better projects and deals for all our clients in the future.
SIAN PARTRIDGE
Business Manager

Sian is an integral part of the NPP Group. She holds the fort at our HQ, ensuring everything runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis.
With a wealth of experience, Sian has come in with a vision for systems and organisation.
Sian has a calm and organised manner which helps get the best out of all team members when it is all go in the office. Never one to be shaken under pressure, Sian is the glue that keeps the NPP Group running.
ABBIE CLARK

Abbie has been a part of the NPP Group for many years and took over the General Manager role with Changing Spaces towards the end of her first year. A highly organised and driven individual, she oversees and co-ordinates all project installations from HMO to home staging. Abbie has worked closely with the Directors to develop Changing Spaces into the company it is today.
MIKE ASPINALL

Mike’s vision is delivering high quality investments for himself and others, minimising the risks involved in the ‘people’ side of property investing.
The initial motivation for property investing was part of creating financial stability for his young family. His personal portfolio is across Leeds and surrounding areas in Yorkshire, specialising in HMOs, serviced accommodation and commercial to residential developments.
Business is now one of his great passions and he takes great pride in the team environment within all the NPP businesses. Mike enjoys sharing the power of quality property investing with others and helping educate other people to be able to live a life with choices and freedom
HANNAH ASPINALL

As an investment specialist, Hannah’s primary focus within the businesses is to source properties for Social Housing, Commercial, HMO and BTL in the North of England.
With a previous successful career in the corporate world of pharmaceuticals, Hannah has always been highly motivated and ambitious. After building an impressive income producing a portfolio of HMO investments herself, she then left her career to focus on building the NPP Group and helping others to create and enjoy financial freedom.
Hannah now has a healthy property portfolio that is extremely varied including HMO, Social Housing, serviced apartments and commercial developments.
JORDAN CLARK
Admin & Business Support
NPP Group
Jordan joined the NPP Group fresh from a first class degree in Business Studies. With his family being involved in the building and property industries, it is no surprise he found his way into the world of property.
Supporting the Directors of the company with all aspects of the NPP Group, Jordan’s ability to wear his many hats in administration and decision making is a great asset. He is building a wealth of knowledge in supporting the Directors with their investing and portfolio management.

Chelsey’s journey in the property industry began at an early age, growing up on building sites as her parents built their property portfolio and managed letting agents across the UK and Spain.
With over 15 years in the property industry, Chelsey has extensive experience in lettings, property management, and project management, including five years specialising in interior design. Chelsey also runs her own interior and renovation business.
Chelsey’s knowledge of construction regulations, HMO licensing, and her trusted network of contractors make her an expert in the field. She thrives on bringing creative visions to life with style and precision.
